Jeff Stevenson is a British comedian and actor whose career has spanned more than five decades - a journey that began at the Barbara Speake Stage School and led to his first film role at just 14, playing Louis in Alan Parker’s iconic movie Bugsy Malone. Since then, he has built one of the most consistent and diverse careers in UK entertainment.
Through the 1980s and 90s, Jeff became a familiar face on television, appearing in a wide range of comedy and variety shows. He hosted the ITV variety series Knees Up, fronted the game show Jumble, and made memorable acting appearances including two roles in the legendary sitcom Only Fools and Horses - most famously as the overly-eager PC Parker in To Hull and Back.
Despite his TV success, stand-up comedy has always been Jeff’s home ground. His act blends high-energy storytelling, razor-sharp observational humour, and the warm, relatable charm of a performer who has seen it all. Jeff’s comedy is flexible and universal - clean when required, cheeky when it counts, and perfectly tuned for audiences across the globe.
In recent years Jeff has become one of the most in-demand comedians on the international luxury cruise circuit, performing on world-class lines including Oceania Cruises, Seabourn, Crystal Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and Celebrity Cruises. His fast-paced style and instinctive feel for mixed-nationality audiences have made him a favourite with guests from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Off the ships, he continues to appear at leading UK comedy clubs, corporate events, and private engagements.
Never one to slow down, Jeff is currently developing new comedy projects - including fresh material inspired by travel, ageing disgracefully, and the strange modern world of influencers, AI, and airport security. He is also exploring new acting opportunities and shaping ideas for a highly personal one-man show that reflects his extraordinary career on stage and screen.
